Return & refund policy
OceanCart does not sell anything, so it cannot accept a return or issue a refund. Every purchase is made directly with the seller, under their own return and refund terms.
Where return terms come from
When a seller provides a return policy for a product, it appears on that product's page here as a summary the seller wrote. The seller's own website has their full, current terms (time window, condition requirements, who pays return shipping, refund method). If a product page does not show a return policy, the seller has not provided one yet — check their website or contact them before you buy if this matters to you.
Starting a return
Contact the seller directly, the same way you would for any purchase made on their site. OceanCart has no order record to look up and cannot start, approve or process a return on your behalf.
If a seller's listed return policy seems to not match what they actually do, let us know — that helps us keep the catalog accurate.
