What OceanCart is

OceanCart is a product discovery service. We let independent businesses ("partners") list products so visitors can find them, and we send interested visitors to each partner's own website to buy. OceanCart is not a party to any purchase: we do not sell, ship, invoice, or take payment for anything listed here.

Using the site as a shopper

You may browse, search and use the cart (a shortlist, not an order) without an account. You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to overwhelm it with automated requests, bypass security controls, or submit false information. Any purchase you make happens entirely on the partner's own website and is governed by that partner's own terms, pricing, availability and policies, not ours.

Using the site as a partner

By applying to list products, you confirm that the website you submit is yours, that your product links stay on that same domain, and that your listings (price, availability, description) are accurate. We review applications and may approve, reject or suspend a partner account, including after approval if listings are found to be inaccurate, unsafe, or in breach of these terms. Approval is a review signal for shoppers, not a guarantee or endorsement of your business.

No warranty on third-party sites

Partner websites are operated independently of OceanCart. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their content, pricing, payment processing, shipping, returns or customer service. Any dispute about a purchase is between you and that partner.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service itself as OceanCart develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
